When to go:
High Season (June – Sept / Dec – Jan): Peak season coincide with the school holidays in New Zealand and Australia. Prices will go up during this time. Weather should be more stable between June and September but, as often happens in the Pacific, it is very unpredictable. Be prepared with a raincoat just in case!
Shoulder (May & Oct): The shoulder season includes the “Fijian winter” or “dry season”. Temperature are mild and there is less chance of a cyclone.
Low Season (Nov & Feb – Apr): November to April is Fiji “wet season” with heavy rain and high humidity. Fewer tourist means reduced rates but higher chance to have your activities cancelled due to weather conditions.
